This is a fanfic centering around Sesshomaru as the primary character with Inuyasha and Sesshomaru's crew with several OC's created by me.

The battle over the shikon no tama is over and the youkai lord made a silent vow to his chichi-ue that he would stop fighting with his younger brother and try to make peace.

But is 200 years of previous hatred between them too much for them to overcome?

My goal is to try to get the two brothers to be friends, try to keep them in character as much as possible and add a romantic interest for Sesshomaru that will be introduced later in the story

Japanese Kanji Name Hidenka Akatsuki (A-kot-ski)

Boy, Sesshomaru sure is an imposing figure. Doesn't he know that stern look with his hands poised obstinately across his chest like that is pretty scary? Or doesn't he care?

My OC Hidenka Akatsuki/Princess Aurora (a Suzaku life sorceress) was introduced in: Chapter 14--The Life Sorceress

Now, what is it that Sesshomaru will not allow? Fortunately, if you're reading my story, Sesshomaru & Inuyasha: Brother's in Arms, you'll find out soon, what this scene is all about by reading Chapter 29: Unspoken Thoughts/Feelings. But seriously, if you haven't started reading yet, why not get started now so you'll be all caught up when the answer is revealed?

I really wanted to see the hidenka in her formal furisode! This lovely image was commissioned by me and created by

animaker131 XD.

Just to let you know, this furisode image was supposed to have a waterfall image on it, since Akatsuki is also a water sorceress who loves the water, but I loved the textured look of the dress so much, I used it without it.

animaker131 actually has a working waterfall animated version of this furisode and it can be seen here [link]. Just click the image, if the animation doesn't work.

Check her out. But I'm sure you've already seen her wonderful work.

One thing, though, I must admit I changed her left hand because I didn't really like the pose it had. I think I may have made it a little small. Ahh, well! But I am just now starting to practice with Sai, and haven't quite gotten the hang of all of it yet.
